Hi fuzzhead13. My name is Straight Talk Ashley. Please be informed that you may request to receive a copy of your Call Detail Records for calls made to and from your cell phone. As a company policy, we do not provide Call Detail Records to customers on a regular basis. Moreover, we will fulfill a customer’s request under special circumstances. In addition, we do not have access to our customer’s voicemail and text message contents. Thus, we are unable to provide you the information of your text messages.

Hi, fuzzhead13. That is correct. We do not keep records of all incoming and outgoing text messages as well as voicemail messages. My name is StraightTalk Shelly and I hope it clarifies your query. Thank you.

If you have already backed up your iPhone with iTunes, you can recover deleted text messages by the following steps using iTunes:
Click the File menu and select Devices > Restore from Back up.
Or
Open the iOS device's Summary tab. There are two ways to access this:
Click the device button in the upper right corner. (If viewing the iTunes Store, click the Library button in the upper right corner. The device button will then be visible.)
From any view in iTunes, click the View menu and select Show Sidebar. Select your iOS device in iTunes under Devices.
Click the Restore Backup button.
If haven't had time to back up your iPhone before the deletion, there are also two methods for you to try:
1. Recover the text messages directly using a third party software - iPhone Data Recovery;
2. Recover the text messages under DFU mode.

Two Methods:
1. You can put the text messages on your screen like your reading it.. press the lock button and the home button at the same time.. it will take a picture of it and be saved to your photo album.. then upload it to your computer or email it to yourself..it won't be a document but it will be a picture and that's something.
2. use iPhone backup extractor app:
First backup your iPhone to your computer with iTunes, all text messages, contacts will be included in the backup file, but it is an unreadable format, you have to extract them to your computer for print.
